It was 2 of the best laps of close racing I have had in a long time. The best part was feeling totally confident in running side by side thru turn 2, and the passes at 4 and 6 under braking, knowing that there would be just enough room and nothing silly was about to happen, it was a real pleasure. I think that wee vibration coming from the right rear wheel may have been altered by a bit of kinetic energy on the exit of turn 7. At least visual examination would suggest that is the case lol
We look forward to seeing you out there again next year. And thanks for agreeing to the group combination and split start. Got everyone in our group out of there two hours earlier and the group was nicely separated from the get go.
I'm glad roger had his camera on for that session as ours was found to have a full memory card when we went to turn it on at the 1 minute warning. Would have been a shame to miss those last couple of laps.
After following me for a lap there wouldn't have been anything visible on Greg's camera anyway, too much oil being slung about :-(

Great videos! I don't think mine are as good, but when I have some spare time (HA ) I will try to get some edited and shared!
Looks like you and Mr.coffin had some good clean fun all weekend!
When you are 2 sec/lap faster its not really a race more of a seal clubbing than anything.
So next time slow down to get into the video
Mr Coffin.........I am old but really Zac.....just Greg
You drove well over the weekend......our only hope was that you would make a mistake....did not happen.......I think the quota was reached by the Mygale owners and there were none left for you.
See you in Portland, and if you guys need a place to crash there is plenty of room
I just got back from the studio at SWX to preview the show. It looks great, except they did miss the "kiss" between Greg and Roger but they did get the passes. All of the run groups were featured. We will also be getting all of the footage of our race from the cameras to post later.
Remember, it airs tonight at 8PM and again at 4PM 6/8/2014.
Thanks Jay!
Richard, he means on the way to Portland as zac is coming from Calgary and can stay at my parents on their way through Spokane. Coincidently there is also room for another cot in the trailer to stay in at the track.

My results had lensen 6th, everybody but Hayes bumped up a spot.
We got stuck (literally car wouldn't move) at the side of the track...Lenson ran out of fuel so both DNF'd.
We did manage a 1:47.3 in the ol' Argo prior to the "mishap" though :-)

Thanks Lawrence will change the results.
Congrats to Lawrence Hayes (HayesCages) on winning the 2014 NWFC CFC championship, and Roger Smetaniuk (RSS) on winning the overall 2014 NWFC championship.
Stay tuned for the 2015 schedule. If you haven't taken the schedule survey yet, check your inbox. Sent out twice now with only about 25% responding. Need more feedback to make a schedule that works for everyone.
Thanks Charlie, we had a great time!
Our only wish is that more people would've made every date on the schedule. This is why it's so important for everyone to participate in the survey, so we can see who wants to go where and when. Having 20+ FC's at 2015 events would be fantastic!
Thanks again to Roger Semtaniuk, Greg Coffin and Charlie Coffin for putting this series together!
