    1. Art Foster 00 VanDiemen 1:10:65
    2. Jeremy Treadway 80 VanDiemen 1:10:88
    3. Peter Symonds 95 VanDiemen 1:11:11
    4. Steve Maxwell DB-1 1:11:59
    5. Mike Scanlan ?? VanDiemen 1:12:26
    6. Lawrence Hendrickson 01 VanDiemen 1:12:50
    7. Bob Kawash Citation 1:12:24

Treadway lead early then got out "aeroed" by Foster.Symonds did a half spin at the start and did a good job working back up. Maxwell drove a good steady race.A great drive was put in by Kawash from dead last on the grid to finish 7th.
The race never got a rythm going with a 17 minute red and 2 full course yellows. Treadway worked traffic to pull in foster then loose it all down the straits. The 80 VanDiemen is no big threat to a 00 VanDiemen when it comes to "wind cheating".
The race finished under the caution at 59 minutes with Jim Quaile parked on top of a F/V at the bottom of the hill.
