    Default 2013 Hoosier FST Champion

This past weekend, Watkins Glen and Finder Lakes Region hosted rounds 9 & 10 of The 2013 Hoosier Formula First Championship Series.

With wins in both rounds of the weekend, Doug Seim was able to lock up the 2013 and defend his 2012 Championship making for back to back series victories.

Congratulations to Doug, his Mysterian M-5.1, and the whole RGU Team. Great season with 7 wins and 1 second.

Congratulations to Doug and his whole crew! A lot of work, talent in the cockpit and a big dose of fun at the track seems to be the winning combination. You guys set the bar high.

    Default Wow!

What a season! 7 awesome finishes and 1 that could have ended really badly but wound up 2nd.

Thanks as always to Robert Guhde for building a few of the quickest cars FST has seen, including the two that were on the track at WGI. Also for his tireless effort at making the Hoosier FST Series what it is today - a simply fantastic place to go racing.

Thanks to Matt, Randy, Brodie and Jamie for hours and hours of prep work both before and during the race weekends. And to April, Barbara, Dee and Ginny for tolerating us being away from home on race weekends.

Special thanks to Sarah and Steve at Battlepack for their support of our racing program this year.

Many thanks to Dave Carr at Autowerks for his work on developing strong and reliable FST engines.

And thanks to our many Hoosier Tire Series sponsors, starting with Hoosier themselves. I couldn't ask for anything more from a spec tire.

Also thanks to Sracing, P&NP Computer Systems, Campbell Motorsports, Averill Racing Stuff, Trackside Tim, Vallis Motorsports, Aurora Bearings and K&N Filters.

    Doug FST 5
