Default Holy Moly!! WGI Majors July 4th Weekend

In case anyone wanted yet another reason to race at the Glen National, there are 12 FF's registered! I'll make it 13 once I register at Motorsportreg.com.

    Get excited!

Looks like a BIG crowd will be there - ~250 entries for the final Eastern Conference Major. All you guys, PLEASE take it easy on us poor, SLOW, FV's and remember... we run in PACKS, generally .

15 F5's, 12 FF, and 14 FV's. Let's hope we can all play well together. If I point you by BEFORE the corner, it's yours .. If I don't, I either haven't seen you, or "I'm BUSY" (or both), and the results could become ugly quickly - especially if it's the last or next to last lap.

I would sincerely like to see *ALL* of us able to drive our cars into/onto the trailer at the end of the weekend.

I STRONGLY agree with Steve and encourage point bys be used in all practice and qualifying sessions.

    Especially qualifying sessions.

For future reference, it would be best if FVs did not do full-track-width tire scrubbing during out laps in P & Q. I did not catch the number, but some teal FV was doing just that in one of the Q sessions when FFs (me) were trying to pass him
