Beautiful day for testing. Most everyone was on track.
A few bad luck incidents. Lawrence Lowshack had engine failure at terminal velocity on the back straight and had a brief fire that was put out by his fire system. The field was black flagged. Then later I heard the his car started fire again and he took off his drivers suit to smother the flames. They will be out tomorrow. I believe everyone that had car issues will be out tomorrow.
Weather is looking iffy with potential rain.
It was great to meet many new people and the F1000 Festval Party should be great fun tomorrow night.

Yeah, some pretty nice cars out there. Wish I was there.
Micheal, the good news is that I have reached a tentative agreement in my divorce and she's letting me keep my car.
Hopefully that means by next year I'll be able to make some of these races.
Love the graphic swoosh on the 83 car.
Pepper, your focus meter must love it also, great capture of wheel speed.
How about identifying names and chassis for us illiterates on the west coast?
Hey Raggi - relocated here from the west coast myself a while back and haven't found the box with my literacy
