    Default REM Isotropic

    Gents;

    I am looking at a gear box that has been open for decades, and the internals have slight surface rust. Can the be restored with REM?

    REM will not "fix" it but any pitting will at least be shiny.

    REM is cool, but it's not a fix-all. Think of it as making the surface of fresh, new metal "broken in" instead of new.
