    Default Formula Car Mirrors

You guys know where to get these mirrors from?

They are on my Speads RM04, but one of the is not "holding" any more and it pivots loose around the ball joint. I need a new one. It would be best to get the same mirrors as I don't want to drill holes.

Have you looked into the base of the swivel? On some mirrors there is a set screw you can tighten to solve the problem.

If it is just the arm, I can send one or two with the rear wing.

No set screw inside. This part is the problem:

I think that's what you would call the arm.

You can see an allen socket in the bottom of that mount. Tightening it slightly should lock the ball end of the stem stalk. I had one split on me and I temporarily put a small hose clamp around it to keep the mirror working till I could get a replacement.

BTW - RaceMirrors.com carries those mirrors as well as replacement parts. Pegasus also carries the mirrors.
