What are the standard wheel widths for our cars? I am in the office and the car is in a thousand pieces an hour away....
Thanks, Tom

Thanks guys. As you may be aware I am building a conversion kit for FM to sports racer. Initially designing to fit into CSR rules, but we will never be fully competitive with a 13B...at least given the existing engine table.
Now, with the forecast change from D and C SR to SR1 and SR2, I see a competitive opening for SR2. This is a flat-bottom ruled class where certain aero is limited. For SR2 the car is required to be flat-bottomed until the leading edge of the rear tire. As well, wheel widths are restricted to a maximum of 10 inch width. FM, with our strong chassis, 13B, Mark5, and 10-inch wheels fit pretty neatly into SR2.
The "kit" is a bit of a misnomer. More like a wholesale change of car! I keep the chassis, drivetrain and uprights. Everything else is changed as I am working for pushrod front and rear suspension, better camber curves and roll centers. No more falling rate suspension, massive chassis movement in dive and squat. I have finished the cooling layouts, the rear deck and cockpit sections are done; next is the side pods and front nose section. Once the upper bodywok is done, the floor pan is to be built. The car is significantly wider than FM to make room for tunnels and diffusers (if SR1) or diffusers (in SR2)
