    Default Pocono Regional May 11 & 12

    Hi
The subject of who was doing what in the NE this season was brought up in a previous email, but I'm trying to get a better read on this May race.

Alan W, Jim McN, Cory V, Steve W, Steve R, JD & son. are any of you planning on doing this event?

Also, anyone else that I may have accidentally overlooked?

    Regards,

    Greg Kokolus

Formula car drivers, the FRCCA will be using the South-East course on May 4th & 5th. Your racecars and class are excepted and you will be racing against formula cars of your own class be it only 1600 or only Winged cars. Plenlty of track-time and tons of Fun.

I'd love to, but I don't see any way I'll have my car together.

At this time I have nothing worth bring to a track. I'm focusing on completing my frame up on my 92 Euro Swift for memorial day racing somewhere. If that doesn't happen I will drag the Z16 out, kick the critters out, and go to LRP in June.

    Default Tentative as FF

I will only have the FF ready, the CF needs an engine rebuild. And my decision might be to go to RA instead depending on how the VIR weekend goes

    Hi Ric:
Since we might be the only 2 fords there and you've expressed an interest in buying your old car back from me, maybe we should race for pink slips?
    Regards,
    Greg

It's ok, we won't tell him about the nitrous bottle disguised as fire suppression under my seat.

That's funny. I just hung up the phone with him and we talked about the same thing. I guess it will come down to who shows up with the largest nozzel.

Pocono is still up in the air for me. I'll be there, but it may be without my racecar.

Greg; The FRCCA will be using the new "South-East" course on May 4th & 5th. Maybe you and Ryan can come and enjoy the new track, it is suppose to be over 2 miles in lenght!
P.S. Ric won't be finished in time.

    Buddy
We did look at the date as a possiblity.
The problem is that Sam is doing the Majors race at Summit that same weekend.
That will leave me without crew or transport.
I actually think that the new S/E configuration could be interesting.

can't find waldo in there. that's the only difference in the pictures. i really wanted to make both weekends but we will barely make the 10th. it actually only requires about 2 good days worth of work
