Renault type 330 gearbox from the R8 Gordini.

These days, Mecaparts is a possible source.

Here is a link to their R8 gearbox (or boites de vitesse) inventory: http://www.mecaparts.com/Cinematique...col=R8&page=16

    Lots of 330 bits.

My memory is that they deal in French only.

I think that the input shaft was modified. If you're going to race it use a Hewland. If it's only for show the Renault is OK. There should be some Renaults around where a car has been updated. You might try Burt Curtis (they make Lotus chasis and suspension spares) and see if he knows of any lying around, or knows of a source.(707-443-8523)

Roland is right, the input shaft was modified. Lotus worked hard to keep the cost down and still profit, so they cut off the Renault input shaft and gun drilled it, then epoxied a splined stubshaft that would fit the Cortina clutch and flywheel into the Renault shaft. The epoxied shafts did not like standing starts or hard shifting.
