Lola 590 - anyone know Dave Stevens

I'm trying to track down a Dave Stevens from Whitmore Lake Mi who posted a comment on this site in 2003 regarding his ownership of the ex Jim Trueman Lola 590 S2000.
I'm currently looking at buying what I think is this car and would like to find out more of its history.

I viewed the car in USA last Sunday on my way back to Australia from Europe.
I have been corresponding with the guy for some time but this is the first time I had seen it.
I have some pics taken in 2003 of the bodywork being repainted and the slogan " Sleep Cheap" was on the side pods - this was the Red Roof Inns slogan as I understand it - see pics attached

I don't have the paperwork with me but from memory from what he showed me it was either Chassis 21 or 27 - I can't remember exactly - I was a bit jet lagged when i inspected it! - it was certainly in the 20's .

It was apparently the Car that Bruce Mees drove later - also there is a rumour that Bobby Rahal drove the car also - for how many races I do not know - i just want to confirm which chassis number was the Trueman Car

Does this car have the roll bar faring body work? Lola in England no longer has these items and I want a set to make a mold. Lola has all the other pieces...I know of two others in the States that have cars and needed body work. I have Chassis #33 and bought it from the original owner. What part of the US is your potential car located and how good is its bodywork?
