You can try to make a street car into an autocrosser or you can do a lot less work and make a race car into a great autocrosser
You might try looking at a paintball tank, they sometime use nitrogen
SRP Engineering (Stimola) used to sell a portable N2 kit. I don't know how much it is but it's probably pricey and the bottle is real small. Better to but your own bottle and regulator and get it filled at an indusrtial gas supply store. Standard bottles run 22, 40, 55, 80, 122, 250, and 330 cu. ft. I have an 80 and it will last forever doing only shocks.

Another option is a scuba air tank. Scuba air is extremely pure and dry, so the oxygen content won't affect anything.
Maybe I am misunderstanding you... I dont think you will be able to legally get a scuba tank filled with N, and you certainly don't want to fill a shock with o2 or air. Nitrogen is used becaause it is basically inert and won't react with seals and hydraulic fluids in the shock.
Scuba tanks have a very unique fitments to fill them.
I doubt that any reputable dealer would fill one with nitrogen because it could conceivably become mixed in with other scuba tanks and the poor guy who got it would die really fast.
A few years back there was an instance here in Ohio where a nursing home employee changed fittings on a nitrogen cylinder that was mislabeled as oxygen, hooked it up to the central oxygen system and killed about 15 people.

I have used this one at the track for 3 years. With larger mother tank that stays in garage.

For those that didn't understand the point Neil was trying to make. Use a Scuba tank to fill your shocks with. The air used to fill scuba tanks is VERY DRY and works just fine in shocks, been using it for years.
Used Scuba tanks are cheap (less than $75) and you can get them filled for less than $5. They hold over 3k PSI and will easily last for years just filling shocks.
I also use mine for refilling the tank for my air shifter in my FB.

I bought this nitrogen kit for less that $200 and it includes a 20cf tank, hand-held dolly, regulator, hose, gauge, and an inflation handle.

I also bought a shock pressure gauge kit for filling the shocks.

One of the local tire shops has a Nitrogen generator and said they could fill my air tank. I will follow up next week.

They have many different sizes. Find one in your area and they can help you out.
