Default This was an Adams Aero!

Yes indeed it was but its now called a 2012 Acer J. Adams were known to be sturdy, safe and cheap on the used market and that’s why a number have been converted to FST’s.

This is Sam Farmiga’s new Acer J. If you know Sam,you know he could not comfortably drive a standard Adams so what he did was strip off the top part of the frame and build the new top structure around him. He added a Win Smith body, mixed in the FST parts from Bob Stack’s former Citation, installed a new Autowerks motor and did a great job building and detailing the car.

FYI While the cockpit is roomy the engine compartment is too. How do he do that!!

Pics below show the car in Gelcoat but after this is painted it will be stunning. Great work Sam

    Default Under the skin

Thank you for the kind words!

Attached are photos of the before, during, and after of the frame rebuild. We started the rebuild on January 16th 2012, and had it at the track on June 22nd 2012. Still a few issues to work out. It will get painted as time allows, but as for now I just want to keep it on track to sort it out.
