Don't over think it. If you want 55-45 then set the bias so you have 55 percent of your pressure to the front guage.
Go run the car on track and make the small adjustment that will be needed to get the brakes where you really want them, then go back and take measurements again and use that as your baseline.
You will never get all the information you need about the tires, etc. to do the proper math for everything that actually effects the bias needs.
In other words, do what Coop says...Throw it into the corner and drive the damn car.
