    Default Bonus National at WGI

Jeremy (the Father of F1000) was the only FB out today for Q1.

As he went up through the esses it sounded like a serious misfire.

Hopefully it's something easy to cure. I see he is sporting a Go Pro on the car. He usually has some very interesting races (now captured for viewing pleasure).

Any fluctuating voltage along with the misfire? If so check the pigtail that goes from the stator to the main harness.

Sorry to hear about the bad luck, but I empathize.

If you can get your hands on a Suzuki code tester or an aftermarket one. As soon as the misfire happens it should throw a code. If you don't have the Suzuki tester you have to leave the ignition on after code is set. That will at least tell you which cylinder is missing. Or you can always hit the headers with a temp gun and which ever is coolest should be your misfire. Also if you try the dtc route you need to make sure that your harness still has the white 6 pin connector that has a rubber boot covering the pins. Good luck

This is why I use the stock dash! It saved my arse a few times with the old R1 engine.

    Jeremy,
I was on the wall at the esses, it almost hurt to listen to you struggle by.
Did you get enough laps to be ruled a finish?
