    Default Rf92 gsxr1000

    Started building another car.

Using a lot of water-jetted parts this time to save on machining time.

    Default Hi Neil ---

    Waterjet is the ticket!

Trying to orient the pics. Is the push rod rocker going to be mounted on the stem coming out of the aluminum piece (atop the "spar")... or is that the mount to locate the static end of the shock?

Also, how tall is your spar before the lower surface begins to taper?

Thanks and glad you're building again!

    Default Spar

The posts on the rear bulkhead are the static mounts for the shocks. Previously these were on the bell housing/oil tank. I think the height of the spar is about 8"

    THanks,
    Neil

looks awesome! from what I understand a spar system is the best design for the conversions. You can see the differencer just by looking at it. Way more solid and rigid then tube designs. . Great job keep it up!

jp - either way will work if it is designed correctly - either will be garbage if done wrong

When do you think you'll get her on track Neil? I'll bring the FC92 you did and they can share the track.
