    Default Snow Covered Nürburgring in Formula Car...

    There's only one thing to do when the Nürburgring is covered in snow...

    Serious "Hooning" ...

    Okay, off to figure out chassis/engine...Looks like a mono-shock FC of some sort...

    It's a Mygale with a Bike engine in it
    Also known as Formula BMW.

    Well, that's what the chassis is...
    From the sound of the engine, I'm not sure, it may be tuned differently, or an alternate power suply

    By those specs, it looks like the original BMW bike engine.

    They have to do something with all those "go-karts on steroids" since most of the FBMW world series went under.
