    Default GSXR header lengths

Does anyone have (and would be willing to part with) their exhaust header tube length data? We got a funky one and the primary tube lengths are suspect (among other things). Also, are people developing more useful power with a two-into-one then the two-into-four configuration or just a straight four-into-one?

Another question. Is the stock Suzuki Ti header an efficient performer -- or was it overly compromised to fit the bike space limitations?

Thanks for anything you can give us in this area ---

    Chris

You need 3/4" primaries that are 59" long fed into a Quad-Z collector with 1" secondary.

    Default Just what I GOT!

Ordered the stuff, am building away. You should see the thing! Remember the "Bundle of Snakes" on the '65 Lotus-Ford Indy car? This looks like at least a ton a snakes. And man, does that last 1" collector ever get red. RED!

    Default Anti reversion

A lot of bike guys get into these things for their engines. It must work. But I don't fully understand the damned things.

Another good source for Header design info is Burns Stainless. They are located in Costa Mesa CA. WWW.burbstainlss.com

On their Home page is a Header design link. Fill it in and e-mail it to them and they will E-mail you back with specific design info.

Default In what rev range do FB GSXRs live?

In what rev range do find your GSXR running for most of a racing lap?

    Thanks,
