Does anybody know if the chassis ID plate I have left over from my long gone DL-2A is of any value? It is stamped chassis # 017, David Lazenby Ltd.
Thanks
Bob

and you will reget that for the rest of your life
how about a ground up rebuild?
The ID belongs with the car, you should make an effort to find it's owner. I'm sure he would appreciate having it.
I let the Hawke go sans engine, gearbox, front uprights & brakes in order to build a 32F knock off starting only with a damaged Crossle frame. It was sold to John Green in Ohio some time in the 80's, and I think that he has parted with it as well.
Bob,
You are correct. I sold (gave) the chassis to the son of Jack Apel who was a SCCA official back in the mid 80's. He was going to make a solo car out of it but I never saw it again.
