Summit Point track-time
Formula car drivers are welcomed to the June 25th & 26th races at the Summit Point Raceway. The track-time will be as follows; on Saturday there will be 3 twenty minute practice sessions with the second practice session being mandatory for grid position for the 6 lap Qaulifying race which sets the starting line-up for the 20 lap trophy race; That is for Saturday on Sunday the format is the same except there will only be 2 practice sessions all else remains the same. If you attend only one day the fee is $245.00 both days cost only $400.00. While you do not need to go out for every session there will be One hour and fifty minutes on Saturday and one hour and thirty minutes avalible to you on Sunday. Attendence determines the mixing of classes but we have never put F/V in the winged class. F/V, C/F, (Tyro, 1600, Pro-Avanti and SCCA are recognized) also F/F and the Winged classes; you race your car exactly the set-up you use in your present club, NO changes required. We invite you to come and race the way club racing should be, once here you will realize how much YOU are WELCOMED here.
