Default VARA's Victory Lane Formula Vee Chalenge Race

    Hi All Vee Drivers:

I just wanted to remind you all to mark your calendars for the FANTASTIC Victory Lane Formula Vee Challenge Race that is quickly approaching us. The challenge race will be on September 10th and 11th, 2011. VARA's Oktoberfest will be held at Buttonwillow CA. This race will be full of excitement and you can have all this excitement for $275.00 (if you are a VARA member) or $315.00 for non members.

All vees are welcome to run. If your vee does not fit into the vara rules you will be placed into the FV3 Class. We will have 4 classes. FV-which are the true vintage vees up to 1972, FV1- true vintage but with removal of the fan and generator and on the American Racers #132 slicks and also up to 1972, FV2-Same as FV1 but mono shock allowed and up to 1978, and the FV3 will be any vee after 1978 or one that does not fit into the VARA rules. See the vara rules for further details.

The vee's will have their own run group all weekend if we can have over 17 vees running so I will keep you posted on that. Last year we had 18 so I do not see this being a problem.

YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS THIS ONE!!
