Looks like a 69mm crank to me

It doesn't appear to be a later model 69mm. Later cranks had relieved oil passages. MOFOCO out of Wisconsin and also an ebay seller, is asking $20 for their used cranks. I understand they have hundreds in stock.

    Default crank

It might very well be a 1300 crank. The D crank in the picture is a vee crank. The other two are 70's 1600 cranks in great condition and as you point out are worth next to nothing. Note the narrowed throw on the 1200 if you ever see another on Ebay.

Great picture cause you can see the relieved oil passages on the main bearing journals. You can also see the extra wide step on the flywheel end of the crank for the o ring style flywheels.
