One of the big appeals of F1000 is the incredible engine sound. I don't understand why people make videos of race cars and cover up the sound with gay music...

The car was not running 3/4 of the video so it would have been a silent movie

I thought it was good except the ground on fire

That would've been better than their choice of music...

I always wondered the same thing . a lot of them out there though. Either way I'd give just about anything for that car and then a little more for the hauler in the background
Better to have raced for a day...

I saw this car being built at their shop a few weeks ago. It's pretty sweet. They decided on an 08 gsxr power plant. I'm pretty sure it belongs to a real nice gentleman named Enzo a Venezuelan/Italian. I think he's just going out to do regional’s and have fun.

HP-Tech Motorsports who you see in this video is the newest Firman dealer that now handles the SouthEast region of the USA. It's run by Juan and Jorge Herrera. The company originally began in Venezuela as a drag racing team called Auto-Errante. I believe they will be running two drivers in Firman cars in the F2000 Championship in 2011. You can find their website here:

Great looking car.....awesome.......but?

The Firman is one slick racing machine, but F1 on the side pods?

Looks like another owner/driver is thinking he is Fernando Alonso or in a F1 car. Big difference F1 vs F1000 and these guys need to get it right. Take away the F1 on the side pod graphics and go to F1000 or at least add the K....F1K.

All in all, one awesome racing machine and the one featured in the video is a real beauty. Looks fantastic and you don't need to have F1 graphics on the side pods, this baby will sell itself. Looks fast just sitting idle in the video, and OMG that color really pops.

Oops...meant SouthEast. Still Jet-lagged I guess from the holidays....

It's H-P Tech Motorsport in SouthEast, McLaughlin Motorsports in Midwest, and Firman West Cars in the West and Canada.

Default F1

The F1 on that car appears to be a sponsor and is not a reflection of F1000.

The logo actually has nothing to do with Formula 1 .....

H-P Tech driver coach does coaching for the team and other people and his coaching business is called ''Team Factory 1" That is the logo you see.

So the assumption about a wanna be F1 driver in a F1000 car is 100% incorrect ....
