Default Mysterian style roll hop fairing

    Hello,

Where can I find a roll hoop fairing piece, as used on most Mysterians?

Are these custom built, or just made out of plastic/aluminum? How do you install them - do you need to drill through the roll hoop?

Here's one of these mounted on a neat looking car...

    Default Faring

Yes, that is a neat looking car.

The fairing is made from fiberglass and I believe that Larry Bacon has the molds.

It would not be terribly difficult to make a mold and build your own version.

I put rear anti roll bars on all of my cars. I have never been satisfied with the zero roll concept. My "Z" bar car was the best handling FV I ever had and I attribute that to rear roll resistance.

    Default Tow Strap

Don't forget to make provisions for a tow strap. When they wrap a rope or strap around the fairing, you are going to have a hissy fit if there are no provisions for it!

Thanks for the reply. Was hoping it could be a piece of plastic you can form around the bar... I guess I have to build a mold and get into fiberglassing...

Who's car is this? Are there any other pictures? I know I've seen others but couldn't find where.
