Mid-Ohio Regional May 22-23

Looks like the OVR has added a regional only open-wheel group the May National event. $240 gets you qualifying and a 10 lap race on Saturday with a 19 lapper on Sunday. Dave Keep and I are going. Any other CFC's? Bingham & Gunning? Rock?

Registered for the national, but just may change to the regional.

But my guys have to go to work on Monday and would like to get home earlier.

The schedule was that way since registration was opened a couple of weeks ago.

My engine rebuild is complete and is sitting at Averill's. Many new parts on the car this year. I'm planning to do the test day before the National at Grattan on May 28th to sort the car out. I would really like to do the Mid-Ohio event, but past experience tells me that the test day is the way to go. I do plan on attending to the other Mid-Ohio events in August and September.

IIRC there is a test day before the MO nat/regl.

I believe the regional is restricted to just IT/SM cars.

Per the schedule there are 3 Regional groups. One for open wheel classes: Group 8 (Regional) FV, FST, F500, FF, CFF, FC, CFC, FM, FE, FB, DSR, S2000
