    Default Calipers vs Wheels???

    Hi guys!

I tried to test fit 1 of my wheels last night, and I am curious if anybody else has had to remove A TON of material from the caliper body, in order to clear the drop center on the wheel. It seems like the wheel is crashing into the piston pot are of the caliper, and I'm not sure I want to remove any more material than I already have.

I am trying to fit the DIAMOND brand steel wheel. I think that's what everybody had a while ago, so I was curious if anybody else ran into the issue. I thought there was a post about this on the old forum, but I can't find it. We probably lost it when the forum crashed.

Anyway...I thought I would check with the masses to see what everybody else's experience was/is.

    Thanks!
    Jason

    Jason,

Here is the link to one method of clearancing the calipers:

Should help make the job a little easier.
