    Default Throttle cables preferences

Anyone have strong opinions on this? I see two options. a) Push-Pull cable and some kind of modified lever at the throttle body or b)motorcylce style pull cable using the original Suzuki interface at the throttle body

If option b) is there a source for very long pull cables?

    Cheers

    Default I used

the stock suzook throttle body mntd cable holder, and drilled out the "ball end" holder on the rotating bit just a scosh to fit my tandem bicycle rear brake cable, which comes with the ball on one end and bare at the other.

    Not at all:
    a) flashy
    b) very robust looking
    c) heavy
    d) to be found on a purpose built car
    e) expensive

    BUT:
    a) has worked wonderfully for me since day one
    b) evidently is robust enough
    c) very light weight
    d) cost about $6 fiddy

I have seen some cables made out of -3 s/s brake/clutch line, w/ cable run thru the nylon lined inner, and cable ends made onto the -3.

I also modded the stock VD/Pinto throttle cable to have as a spare...
