    Default Bill Carrol takes ARS Championship

    Congrats to Bill of his Championship in the American Racing Series in the F/Vee division. Bill did it all, from wins to consistant finishes, while ALWAYS being a Sportsman, which is what the ARS promotes through the FRCCA sanction. Best of luck defending that Championship in 2010!
