Default Walking/biking the track during the weekend?

Anyone know if RA allows us to walk or bike the track after it closes for the day? I saw they're offering van rides in the early morning... but if I can't make that I'd like to take a bike ride around to check things out.. I've only been on the track once and it was a while back...

    thanks,

    Mike

Typically any track lets you walk it after the day officially comes to an end (6pm?). I don't think that bikes/scooters/golf cars are well received though although I have seen it done in the past.

    Mike,

I would ask at the track. I have always been told no one is allowed on the track after hours.

Hey, that's a great idea for us first timers at Rd A. I'd like to take a few laps with my 10 speed Wed nite.

    Default Gotta agree with Dave

    Sorry Scott,
I know for 100% that you will not be allowed on the track on a bike at any time.
I also think dave's right that RA does not allow anyone to walk the track.
In over 29 years of going to or racing at RA, I have never seen anyone walking the track at RA.

It's a good reason for us locals to do the American Cancer Society charity track walk RA has at the end of the season!
