    LOL... I STILL don't know whether there's anything to 'catch on' too. Read through 8 pages and the guys sticking to his story that he REALLY DID IT!!

    Best "solution" I've read so far.....

    first you'll need to prop the tank up, then remove the airbox. place some dynamite right there on top of the throttle bodies and reassemble. make sure your wick is long enough to run away from shrapnel. ignite the explosives and run like hell. make sure you're doing this in a remote location. after the explosion, go back and find any pieces of the bike leftover that have the VIN number on it and take them with you. call your insurance company and report it

    The Carter's have NO COMPLAINTS when we get on a long, multi page thread run. This thing went on for 124 pages and 2,472 posts !!!!

    But it just HAS to be a joke, right?
