    Default Hotels

    Guys,
I will be finding out all of the hotel information for us for the Monticello race. Unfortunately, I will not be racing at NJMP at end of May. My brother and I may come down but no car with us. Hell, I never race in May anyway. I will be set for June though.
Too much going on to make that first race and only 5 race weekends on budget anyway. Better than last year though.
If you guys get a hotel, let me know.

    Default hotel suggestion

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Vineland last fall. Clean hotel, great location, about 15 min to track Next to large shopping mall, Cumberland Mall. Booked weekend for 105/night with 24 hour cancellation policy.

We stayed at QI Millville last year, clean, quiet, food next door and close to track. They also allow pets. 80 something dollars. Would recomend. Hope we get a chance to go there again, Wicked fast track, tons of fun.

I stayed at the Quality in last week (tested @ NJMP/Thunderblot), Hotel was fine. Plenty of parking for those towing trailers. Reasonable Breakfast in AM, or at diner right next door. They have a special EMRA Rate for this weekend, less then $65. That's $20 less then what I paid.

    See you all there...

I would not recommend the Ramada, guys. Just got back from there after working the kart race at NJMP and the place is a dump. Wingate beside it would be better if you absolutely NEED to be near a Bennigans. ;-)

I heard good things about the HI Express and it's right beside a bunch of good chain restaurants.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for the SCCA national - convenient, very clean, $95 or so.

i have to agree with rob. probably the cheapest in the area, but also the worst at this time. they are currently rennovating, but for a few extra bucks, the wingate next door is much nicer....ric
