I know you can't give specifics, but was track rental reasonable? I know a club that talked to them last year and at that time they were asking a sum that may have been reasonable to one of their members but not to the types of clubs like SCCA, BMW, etc.

I did not ask the EMRA board the cost for the track(1 day). But it must have been affordable or EMRA would not have gone for it. Its important for our organization to get into any new venue that is possible ; to insure a full race season
