Default R1 and AIM 3 XG Dash

I need some help getting the tach signal from the ECU to the Dash. The signal from the ECU is only running about .04V at idle, and the dash expects a minimum of 8V. Any ideas on how best to pull this signal from the ECU? Thanks.

    Ian,
If you haven't already, talk to Dave Knaack. He had an Aim dash in his DSR with an R1. A1Dave at centurytel dot net. PM me for his phone #.
Unfortunately, his advice didn't help us get an RPM signal on our Pi-2 dash. We're still trying to figure it out.
