    Default SOLD KBS

    Well, it time for something new in my life and I need space in the garage.

    This car is available in both Racing and Solo configurations (actually very, very little to do between the two anymore. It is quite optimized to allow a transition week to week if you would desire.

    Runoffs Podium 2007. (2008 was limited by a great driver error, sadly).
    Multiple Solo National Championships for Jim and Christina Libecco and coulda/shoulda/woulda had a couple of more along the way.

    Many, many national/regional wins along the way.

    Currently:
    KBS Mk7 chassis (1993 original vintage)
    Chassis modified to fit VERY BIG drivers. I am 6'3"+ and 235. There is plenty of room to spare in the car yet, but can fit down to 5'5" with a few pads here and there, especially if pedals are moved back. There is a lot of room in this car. I make minimum weight in it.

    Extra front chassis stiffening

    Bonded floor is one season old and in good shape yet.
    Rub blocks in high wear areas

    Rear suspension modified to allow better rocker angles

    Panhard rod rear end

    Chain drive

    Weight saving half length jackshaft

    Bodywork currently new Craddock/Preform Resource design with super diffuser

    Old KBS style bodywork available if desired (buyer to reconvert)

    Currently set up with 493
    Engine rebuilt for Runoffs, only run at runoffs
    Hulings pipe/manifold

    Polaris clutch new for runoffs
    Artic Secondary new for runoffs

    Hulings clutch weights, springs and helix (~$600-700 alone!)

    Spare belts

    Brakes Drilled front/slotted rear
    Wilwood calipers/masters
    Choice of brake pads

    Spare wheels (Douglas or Keiser)
    Runoffs ONE SESSION only tires (bagged/vacuumed/stored properly since off track) and as many older tires as you want!
    RAIN TIRES on wheels included---in good shape---current style

    Digatron or G2Xtreme data systems (negotiable)

    Ducted radiators (OEM thicker core)

    NEW FUEL CELL one season ago (~$1200)

    Lots of little tricks with bearings etc along the way.

    Choice of steering wheels with spline disconnect

    Custom "shock" canisters

    Recent firebottle (sad when those are accidentally set off...)
