I couldn't find it on Mylaps either but the entry list on dlbracing.com only shows 3 Stohrs entered. What happened to your boy?
Chris had a brand new motor that the builder forgot to drill out an oil passage, so he was running with a clapped out motor- that could be it. He also was feeling some play in the diff and suspected that the bearings were shot so maybe that was the issue...
I thought he was running anyway, so who knows. He did have a oil tank made to fit the in the area just forward of the diff and went back to dry sump. Apparently the heating issues seemed to be solved- he said he has run a LOT of laps.

Looks like there's about a 20 second difference in lap times from Sat. to Sun. Was Sat. a rain race or a different track config.???
What chassis is David Burkett driving...Stohr I assume? He had the fastest race lap on Sunday.
Wish we could get 3 FB's to show up here in SoCal....Willow Springs National (WSIR) coming up next weekend...still holding out hope for more than 1 car.

We just returned from our first Regional/National of the year. There were actually 4 FB's registered this weekend, but one of our driver's only has a regional license as he just completed his SCCA schooling a couple of months ago. There were 4 cars registered for the regional and 3 cars for the national. Here is a quick summary of how things went.
All 4 driver's qualified for the regional. The track was dry, but it was the first time on the track this year for many of the driver's in the run group, so the speeds were down a bit. It began to rain for the race, so Alex Brown (Stohr) and Chris McNitt (Conversion) were the only ones who chose to run the regional. Alex made his way up to 5th place before a spin took him out. He was looking strong for his first time in the rain in his new car. Chris kept in the race and took the win. Congrats Chris for your first win in your new car!
David Burkett (Stohr), James Michael (Stohr), and Chris all qualified for the National. It was once again wet, but not raining. Half the field went out on wets. It was really an intermediate tire condition, but only one car on the grid had those. It was a tough go and the field only got 12 minutes to qualify. The field was pretty mixed up after that kind of session. It did dry up for the race. David started from 7th, James 12th, and Chris 13th. David went to 3rd by the second lap and was searching for the lead before a puddle set him back a few positions. He battled back to 3rd while setting the fastest lap of the race. James and Chris had good battles all race long with various FE's and FC's.
We had a great weekend with David taking the FB win and fastest race lap, Don Yount taking the CSR win and a new track record, and also getting Alex and his new Stohr on track and up to speed. Just a few more races until he gets his national license. We are looking forward to an exciting season down here in Texas!
