F600 now a class in the Northwest Region

"Well, I am just back from the board of directors meeting Northwest region of the SCCA where I proposed the F600 class along with a set of rules[same as Atlanta]. It is now approved for 2009. It also was approved for the Oregon region as well this week. Looks like we are making some progress. Hopefull that more regions will follow suit, but we are of to a great start."
