I've bought a bunch of various sized aluminum from Trinity Metals on ebay.

He doesnt have any 1 1/8 listed, but shoot him an email, he might be able to get it.

    Default Wicks

Wicks (in Illinois near St. Louis) has had it in the past. It is hard and needs to be annealed to bend.

Check with AED in Indianapolis, 317-334-0569. They carry all sorts of tubing including some odd lot surplus if your timing is right.

    1-1/8" water tubes - hmmmm - Lola?
I've had so many Lolas now that 1-1/4" looks oversize!

    My pipe dream:

Last year I bought a box of bent mild steel tubing from Hedman Hedders (they are local to me). It was like Christmas. $75 for a big box that included much more than enough for my custom header project.

I'd love to find a similar situation with bent aluminum tubing. Let's all keep our eyes out for some company that bends aluminum tubing on a regular basis. Their scrap could be pretty valuable to us.
