Default GSXr to Stack dash - rpm problem

OK, we ran the first test of our MX1 yesterday and everything worked well except the Stack 8102 tach signal which appeared to read in the shop was actually limiting out at about 4000 and did not climb higher. I am getting the tach signal off of the ECU from George Dean's wiring harness.

He also provided a coil tach signal but I was not able to get any significant response through that circuit. I tried some resistors but may not have done it correctly. Can someone offer suggestions and step by step guidance if resistors or similar are needed? Or is another approach required?

    TIA

    Default Stack Tach to GSXr

Problem solved. Set the number of cylinders to 2 instead of 4 and then use ECU tach signal that George Dean so graciously provides in his wiring harness. Works like a charm!

    Thanks Veracity Data!
