Indy Car Tires

I am having trouble locating a supplier for new tires to fit one of my Indy cars. Any ideas where I can start?

On a previous coffee table mission, Frisby Tire in Gurnee, IL said they would be able to sell me one when I inquired, even though the project eventually disintegrated.
