    Default 10:31 Ring & pinion

    Need a 10:31 ring & pinion for a Hewland Mk. 9. Must be in very good condition.
    Also looking for v. good used 24/28 ratio for the same box.

    Sorry, but I've only got the hurtin' 10:31 in my box. I think I saw a 8:31 recently on Ebay, though.

    And if I get one in or hear of one I will give you a shout. Our used MK gear inventory is kinda low at this time ,but I will keep an eye out for that gear set too. Can you go a ratio under or over in this case.

    Joby - I have a 24:28 for the Mk 9 that I used in the Lola. I need to find my Mk 9 gear box and check it's condition, I believe it was very good. For a little more I can throw in a Lola 644 roller with the gear set.

    Thanks, Ed - That'll be one hell of an expensive gear set. Sorry to hear of your accident at LRP on Friday - hope the damage wasn't too bad. Keep me posted about the 24/28 (sans Lola).
