Ebay Van Diemen Formula Spec

Does anybody know anything about these cars? is this a European class? Looks like you could run it in FS in SCCA, but how does it compare to a Zetec Van Diemen F2000?

I'm puzzled why this car hasn't sold. Looks neat to me. With an engine change down to 1000cc, it would be a great car for F1000, I'd think.

If you do a search, there are one or two other threads about this car somewhere in Apexspeed, maybe in the F1000 or FSCCA sections. This is the third time it's been on ebay. Didn't make reserve first two times.
