    Default Centerlock Wheel Washers

My 97 Swift (UK) FF has Kodiak center lock wheels. The two right side washers are stamped "Kodiak R. Side Only", and are approximately 3/4" thick. The left two are approx 1/2" thick with nothing stamped on them. I called Kodiak and and they claim they didn't make the the washers.
Is there a reason the left/right washers are different? The axle stubs are the same each side. What does everybody else have? My two right side ones are slightly oblonged in the hole, so I'm making two more of those, but I'm perplexed as to why the left/right are different.
    Ideas anyone?

Probably something a former owner did for some long ago fogotten reason? If you have contact with the last owner you should see if he/she/it has any explanation?

Have a close look at the mag to see if one has a lip and others none or vice-versa. We have a set of Panasports that the lip around the center hole was machined down (unknown reason) and requires a longer wheel-nut spacer. Without it there are not enough threads on the shaft and the nut bottom out....
