The developers are acquaintances and are active in the vintage community. Harvey Siegel, VIR owner is involved as is Lee Brahin. I didn't get an update last weekend from Lee, whom I saw at the Gold Cup, but I think they are still working through a complicated approval process from a multitude of agencies. These guys know how to do this & I'm confident they will succeed. Should end up with a fabulous facility.

There has not been a track committee meeting in a month or so, but word is, the principles are dealing with trying to work out some bumps in the road caused by some environmental groups, as well as re-working a few engineering bits to appease the governmental bodies that oversee airports and airspace.
