    Default Piston Ring Dimentions

What are the proper dimentions for the piston ring reliefs in the pistons and also the ideal piston ring dimention? Width and height?

I think that I measured .075 on the bottom ring (not oil ring) but I cannot get an accurate reading on the top.

    Thanks

    Default Ring Dims

Brian, ring thickness is .062" top and .078" second. Jake's book says ring "side" clearance in the piston should be .0015"-.002" with a limit of .004". Standard back clearance is also listed as .020"-.025" which when added to ring width should give you std. groove depth.
