    It was definitely stalled due to a lack of overtime money. Ran the Talladega TT to see what falls off. Roebling Road in February and as many as money allows after that.

    It's rev control. It can be done easily as Ben described. I was just wondering if there was a rev limiter for weight saving purposes. The mechanical way is better for the engine.
