Congratulation on the purchase and good luck with the car! Just a quick correction on the names you mentioned. The correct names are Robert Guhde and Doug Seim. Both are still involved in racing...
If you really feel like playing around to see what might fit and what not, try going to http://oilfilterdata.com/ . Interesting site with several useful search features.
Robert,
If a garage made from a 1910 stable isn't a "Classic", I don't know what is.
Regarding whether the "Down Under" cars, 1200 and 1600, run fans (shrouds, belts and all), yes they do. That is also the primary reason that the cars sport low mount exhaust systems.
Congratulations to all out at Mid-Ohio for what was obviously another great FST weekend. It sounds like there was a bunch of great racing, but definite thumbs up to Phil McSherry for the double win....
Bill,
A little belated, but thanks for the excellent write up and pictures of the race! For those of us who couldn't attend, it's always appreciated to hear (and see) how everyone is doing.

Bill,

The RGU Racing Evolution will unfortunately not be attending the Mid-Ohio race as originally planned. Hurricane Irene blew those plans apart (pun intended). Still without power and water in my neck...
C'mon guys, keep the posts and pictures about REAL race cars (I mean FST machines). Strange thing is the head engineer of one of our customers at work was on the design team for Sheirson Racing...
I just wanted to add my voice to the chorus of thanks from the FST crowd to the folks at Waterford. While the track was interesting, certainly challenging and a star in its’ own right, it was the...
Just pulled the trigger and entered. The new RGU Evolution will be making the trip out from Connecticut. Still a fair bit to complete on the car, but hopefully we'll tie all that up on Friday at the...
Any results yet for us wanabee's?
The RGU Racing BRD #16 will be there.
Bill,
Thanks for the update links to some of the great FST action captured on video (and a big thanks to all the videographers). It‘s a hoot watching it all action on the big screen. With...
