For the record, I have a Protoform P3 that has a P2 subframe from the roll bar back, so the engine mounting is standard P2 arrangement.

After thinking about it further, I zeroed the level on the main frame rails under the seat, to get a beam angle relative to the frame, and it was within a few tenths of the other reading................

OK..... It's not extreemly precise, but after zeroing my digital level on the concrete floor, then placing it across the two beams, I got a reading of 80.7 degrees........... so subtracting from 90...

My post refered to the latest tires that were produced for the Watkins Glen race. Everyone seems to be calling them gen 4

I might be wrong but I thought the gen 1 Tires were used at Rd Atlanta and VIR. The gen 2 were for Pitt Race and gen 3 for Watkins Glen. I think there may also have been some inbetween iterations...

From personal experience, I can tell you that the VD conversions have difficulty making weight.
Our Novak conversion was a wonderful car, but even with drastic weight reduction efforts we couldn't...

Yes.... I have done exactly that...... swapped over from a hydraulic clutch to cable operated on an 07-08 GSXR1000.

All of the earlier GSXR's used the cable clutch, so just buy a used (eBay)...

You are welcome to the drops, but they usually are on the order of 6 -1 0 links long.
I suppose you could join them all together with 10 -15 rivited master links (at $12 ea) but do you really think...
