Isn't 5/8" the smallest standard master cylinder? For my Busa, 5/8" is way too big. I had to shorten the clutch pedal ratio to 67% and it still wasn't great.

I think all autocross cars must have working suspension front and rear, though a small local club may let it slide. It sure helps the handling..........
The builder brought his 2008 car to a local autocross at 3pm and told us how stupid we were for not getting paid to race..............he gets paid to race ovals. Very nice guy.
If your building for A-mod autocross and don't plan to win nationals, then yes you can build it for under 10K. It is a lot of work, requires a lot of tools/equipment, and many 1000s of hours.
