I was able to locate Jonathan Leeper. He tried to sell the DeLapp EXP1 in the mid 20teens but never found a buyer, so the car got scrapped. It was an unfortunate but understandable outcome.

Thanks for your comment. I didn't expect the DeLapp EXP1 was in race-ready condition, but that at least its bare bones might be sitting somewhere awaiting revitalization, not ending up in the scrap...
Where is it now? This unique FV with strong oval track influence was built and raced by Don DeLapp (upstate NY, Mohawk-Hudson Region SCCA) in the early/mid 1990s. Don later went on to race VW-powered...
Is that a threat, or a promise?;)
Is that a question for FRP or other PFM drivers/teams? it's kind of like the chicken and the egg,
My apologies if this was posted previously and I missed it.

I would...
Greg Rice/Rice RacePrep , aka ProblemChild did have his Reynard/Honda F1600 available, unless he's decided to drive it himself.
Some time back I recall seeing a post on Facebook from one of the F-L drivers saying they were expecting a revised schedule "sometime in August" and a full slate of 15 or so races. YMMV.
In the interest of fair and balanced coverage, I don't think Derrick Walker was on-board at the start of this episode. IIRC it was his predescesor who put in an appearance.
Is there any information on how many cars have been delivered?
For those curious about the FIA's structure for F4 these sources might prove informative

Just discovered that as of 2/24 the powers-that-be decided on the normally-aspirated engine, not the turbo that had also been under consideration.
sorry, no luck on a free ride for the Concours.
I've lost track of where the engine selection and approval process is; has a decision been reached?
Not to be a wet blanket, but NARRA had a Radical series that usually drew 6-12 cars, then they expanded eligibility and all the Radicals disappeared and entries were in the 4-6 range.

Truer words were never spoken. There are open-wheel racers who make a living at it in Pennsylvania, and they never travel more than 100 miles:p
Do you want all the frills, or do you want to RACE? Any guesses what the track rental will be the common folk to use CoTA? For what it will cost I'll bet you could get Summit Point for a week.
