I went through every die , thread pitch gauge and tap in this shop to try and find that thread pitch. Why they need to be different than a standard metric bolt is beside me...

Carl is correct, we make a pedistal that is a shrink fit. The seal is re-located into the pedistal itself. You will heat up around the input shaft bore , then plug in the pedistal.

If it is a Civic or Fiesta diff that Quaife makes. Then it will need grease,
The diff will have 5 or 6 Zerk fittings that surround the housing.
These are direct ports to the worm gears...
